What to Expect

If you are concerned about coming and don't know what to expect, this section should be helpful.

First  -  you will be welcomed into the clinic and made comfortable.

Second - your practitioner will take a full medical case history and discuss your problems. Your current mobility may be assessed with simple stretching and flexibility tests.

Third - your practitioner will explain what techniques are recommended and why they can help you.

Fourth - your practitioner will begin using the techniques that have been discussed with you. Don't worry you will only be required to take off the minimum amount of clothing.

What it Costs

There is No Additional Charge for the initial consultation, each visit will cost £30 (£40 for Hypnotherapy) payable by cash or cheque at the end of your appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What would I wear?
Comfortable clothes that are easily removed for various techniques used that would require access to your back, however certain techniques, such as hypnotherapy, would not require removing any clothes.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to see an osteomyologist?
No osteomyologists are independent practitioners therefore you can make an appointment without a referral from your doctor.

Should I worry about eating or drinking anything before my visit?
There should be no problems encountered from eating or drinking before your visit. In some cases you will be told that you should drink plenty of water after your visit.
